For past three decades, BSL Group has been executing projects for pre-cast concrete installation and remedial work across commercial, industrial and residential sector. Giving precedence to solution-oriented mindset, high quality workmanship and impeccable customer service, we aim to be the go-to-choice in the industry. Our 3 partners come from an architectural, concrete and site management background so not only do we know what it takes to get the job done as a subcontractor but have a clear understanding of what builders expect. This gives us the distinct advantage of perspective, enabling BSL to break the mould of the typical construction contractor’s mentality, striving to stay above the rest for our clients.
Sean Resegati
Founder & Director
With over 10 years’ experience as a Senior Site Manager for various Melbourne & Sydney based builders, Sean’s broad understanding of the construction industry is unparalleled. Having worked on many commercial & multi-residential sites across this time, along with his “never say die” attitude, this has given him the ability to resolve complex issues on time, safely and on a tight budget by thinking outside the box. Having also worked on both sides of the fence, Sean is in the unique position of understanding a build from the individual perspectives of the subcontractor, builder and final client alike. It is for this reason Sean has shaped BSL Group to have a strong emphasis on being service focused and willing to get their hands dirty, always going above and beyond for their clients.
Giuseppe Tomarchio
Founder & Director
Giuseppe’s experience began in 1998 when he started working in concrete & masonry remedial works in Italy for the family business, which he eventually went on to run for close to 15 years. Having been in the industry as a service provider for such a long period of time, for a vast range of clients, this experience has been pivotal for BSL from a technical, quality and customer relations standpoint. Even so, it is Giuseppe’s unwavering empathy when dealing with people, both within the company and throughout the industry, that is his most invaluable trait. As a result, BSL Group has always strived to be the benchmark in the industry for ethical business, with a big focus on building & nurturing relationships and strong collaborations.
Adrian Resegati
General Manager, Operations
With over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, Adrian’s architectural background has brought incredible value to the BSL Team. Being a registered architectural draftsman and having managed multiple architecture firms prior to coming on board with BSL, Adrian brings a different set of skills to the table. His strengths’ lie in his organisation, drive, leadership and his ability to see the big picture, encapsulating all moving parts to any situation. Not to mention his infectious positivity and passion for helping others to excel.
