What are the types of grouting?

Grouting types include cementitious grouts that are made of Portland cement, multi-sized filler particles, water-retentive additive and coloured pigments, sanded cementitious grouts that are made of large sand particles, unsanded grouts containing mineral particles, epoxy grouts consisting of epoxy resin, silica filters, pigments and a hardener and furan grouts made of chemical-resistant polymers of fortified alcohols.

Is concrete grouting reliable than cement grouting?

Cement-based grout products are porous in nature, making it difficult to detect openings. This allows the entry of dirt into the grout, staining, and growth of mold and mildew. Cement-based grouting is also not waterproof. Concrete grouting on the other hand, is durable, stain and crack resistant, and weatherproof, making it a perfect material for both indoors and outdoors.
